Where The Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A book with depths of emotion, and a lush atmosphere, I can almost feel the humidity (or maybe because I live in a humid country? lol). I also have to note that the way Owens wrote every prose in this book made me feel a haunting connection between me and Kya. It left me a sense of belonging and solitude in a world where us women have to constantly make an effort to take space. Loved this book! (I also refuse to hear any criticism about this book I'm sorry 😭😭)
