Super simple but effective way to cut up your herbs instead of chopping them which gives you long stringy/ribbons that can go into sauces, soups, or fresh on top of anything. With any herb just pick a few leaves, stack them on each other, roll them up so they become easy to cut, and slice away. Another thing I forgot to mention is while cutting herbs you should really try to slice with a forward motion instead of just chop up and down because when you chop you damage the herb and crush it which isn’t what you want.
