2/5/2024 will be my 4th year anniversary of baria... i loss 151 kilo on the last note and its more than enough for me.. i am not in prison anymore ,my 5 years locked up released..i enjoy meeting people and start back my passion in Culinary and Food Sciences ,even i enjoy to inspire others to be like me now..i am not shy and feel down anymore ..My thought love to my dad,mum,wife,chombee ,my best mentor buddies bobby and lutfi also all my family, my in law and friends of baria with me up and down... not to forget my beloved Dr Mustafa and Puan Rafeah that pull me out from deep holes of suffer and i never believe and imagined...thats i can stands on my both feet no need anymore in wheelchair for almost 5 years and be almost normal like before..how i can repay both of your kindness and loves..i pray and doa every night that you be healthy and help others like me before..and what ever happen i will always remember to all of you that been part of my journey ...and will continue to help others and make all of you proud of my achivement..In the end, my biggest lesson has been that weight loss surgery doesn’t make anything easy. Sure, you’ll lose the weight, but what then? If you’re anything like me, keeping the weight off will be a lifelong struggle. Weight loss surgery might lighten that struggle a little, but I still have to put in the work every day.Insyallah my next surgery plan is tummy tuck contouring surgery by Dr Muya ,I will be undergo soon to complete my cycle of bariatric journey( as you can see my pic of struggle on my saggy skins) As I sit here, drinking my tea and dreaming of the british scones I’ll be making for my breakfast, I can’t help but remember that saying about life being a journey and not a destination. My weight loss has been a journey, too.thanks again from my humble heart that follow my journey since days one till now... What could I ask for more... my greatfull to Allah that give me second chance Alhamdulillah
