COOK DINNER W ME USING MY AIR FRYER👩🏽‍🍳🔥 Tonight’s menu ; lemon honey glazed chicken w asparagus & white rice 🍚 For my chicken thighs I made sure they were bone in Seasonings ; smoked paprika , adobo, oregano, salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder 🔥 Cooked on my air fryer for 15 mins @ 375 making sure to flip them over when the fryer told me ! While that cooked I made my sauce using Garlic , butter, soy sauce , honey ,lemon juice After the 15 mins is up I poured the glaze on each piece & let it cook for 10 more mins flipping it halfway Asparagus was seasoned with salt and adobo and in the air fryer for 15 mins on roast @ 375 I cooked then on the sync setting so my food can cook and be done at the same time !
