Ingredients 3 avocados, pitted and mashed 1/2 jalapeno, diced 2 tbsp. pickle juice 1/2 c. diced pickles, plus more for garnish 1/4 red onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish Corn chips, for serving . Combine all ingredients minus the chips and mash together.
