Raspberry Baked Cheesecake, loyang 6in 200g - 250g cream cheese, suhu bilik 50g gula kastor (saya guna 40g sebab pakai fc) 125ml@1/2 cawan whipping cream (saya campur separuh fc dan wc) 2 biji telur gred B 2 sudu besar tepung jagung 1~2 sudu besar jus lemon raspberry pie dalam tin Base biskut: 10 keping atau lebih biskut (bukan jenama Oreo) 2-3 sudu besar majerin atau mentega, cairkan Cara: Blend biskut tanpa krim sampai hancur, masukkan majerin cair. Padatkan pada dasar loyang dengan belakang sudu. Ketepikan (tak perlu bakar dahulu). Cara cheesecake: 1. Blend cream cheese sampai smooth. 2. Masukkan gula, blend lagi. 3. Masukkan whipping cream, blend sampai tak berketul. 4. Masukkan tepung jagung, kemudian telur. Pastikan ia sebati. 5. Akhir sekali masukkan jus lemon. 6. Tuang ke atas base biskut tadi. 7. Bakar dalam air fryer atau oven yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu pada suhu 160C selama 50 minit secara bain-marie. 8. Biarkan sejuk pada suhu bilik (ia masih dalam loyang) kemudian sejukkan dalam peti sejuk semalaman. 9. Keluarkan dari loyang kemudian sapukan dengan raspbery pie filling.
