When I put on The Squat Harness V3 and connect it to cables or resistance bands, it takes me less than 10 minutes to finish a complete leg workout! I know Im going to catch flack from some who will say that there’s no to get an effective workout in such a short time, but I don’t have to switch machines and only had to change the weight once.
