It’s like a stairmaster, but outside 😅 Nothing like climbing 2,768 steps to make you feel like you can do anything!! I did this in 2023 ‼️ It’s 2,744 steps now I think. ⚠️This is a vigorous and intense hike up a steep, uneven staircase. 🥾The trail is one mile in length with a 2,000 ft elevation gain straight up 🥾Bring plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen 💦Drink alot of water! I drank about 2 liters 🥾Sneakers or sturdy hiking shoes are strongly recommended 🚫Dogs are not allowed on the incline ☀️There are a few spots where you can get off the incline if you decide to quit 🌲I took the Barr Trail down and it was so beautiful Hiking the incline is comparable to climbing up the Empire State Building, The Eiffel Tower - twice, The Washington Monument - three times, and the Statue of Liberty - six times.
