This is a great beginner diy project you can knock out in a weekend (or even an afternoon!) Head to my LTK for all the exact tools, boards, and panelling i used. My walls are around 7.5 ft in my laundry room, so you will want to adjust yours to fit the room. A good rule of thumb is for the paneling to be around 2/3 the height of your wall!
