Who’s here for The sides! You can always rely on your girl for keeping it real! This catered event was for my son’s football team, hoping to fuel them for a big win the following day. As I have done in the past, I dream of distributing homemade food to random individuals on the streets. I have previously carried out this act of kindness in Campus Martius, where I handed out fresh bagels and cupcakes to strangers, and the experience was truly incredible. I look forward to the day when I can do this again. Can corn Topped off with lots of butter Flavor with seasoning- salt or vegeta Instant mashed potatoes Follow the directions on the box Salad -Never use lettuce mix 👇🏽😁 Cucumber Tomato Beats Olives Feta cheese I probably forgot something* The mac & cheese 1/2 lb butter 1 pints heavy cream 1 tsp Onion garlic salt 1 tsp ranch powder Slowly melt in 1 c parmesan mix Vegeta Cheddar cheese Colby Jack cheese Mexican blend cheese Prepare the noodles until they are halfway cooked. In a saucepan, melt butter and then add heavy cream and seasonings. Once the mixture is steaming, stir in Parmesan cheese. In a large oven-safe pan, layer the partially cooked hot noodles with a small amount of noodle starch water, then pour the hot cream sauce over the top, sprinkling cheese between the layers. Once the layers are complete, bake the dish in the oven at 400° until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For an extra crispy crust, consider adding breadcrumbs and a touch of butter. This macaroni and cheese recipe will forever change the way you view this classic dish. It is perfect for catering events as it travels well and is sure to impress any crowd. Finally, don’t forget the bread and serve. - #thanksgiving #thanksgivingsides #fyp #delicious #BBQ #Recipe #Recipes #RecipeOfTheDay #GoodFood #Chef #ChefLife #ChefOnInstagram #chefs #f52grams #Dearborn #Detroit #DearbornHeights #lebanesegirls

I must confess, dear friends! As a young girl, I shamelessly cheated during Ramadan by sneaking pickled turnips! 🤭🥒 This is a judgement zone make your confession here! ☝🏼 Recipe 1 beet 5 lb turnips *yes, you can also do this with cabbage instead of turnips and other vegetables, I love cauliflower. Wash and cut your veggies to your desired size. The smaller you cut the turnips the sooner they will pickle. I cut these ones especially small because I’m using them for sandwiches like falafel or Shawarma. Note: the smaller you cut your turnup the sooner they will turn soft. 2 c vinegar 1/4 c kosher salt 1/2 gallon water 2 c vinegar 1/4 c kosher salt 1/2 gallon water By adjusting the amount of ingredients, you can control the level of sourness and saltiness in your pickled turnips to suit your taste. For an added kick, consider including a jalapeño for some heat. It is crucial to ensure that all the turnips are fully submerged in water. A key point to remember is not to overdo it with the beets, as this can impact the shelf life of your pickled turnips. After filling your jars, allow them to sit on the counter for 3 to 5 days until the turnips have properly pickled. Alternatively, you can refrigerate them. For long-term storage, consider canning the pickled turnips and following proper protocols to ensure they last up to a year in the pantry. These flavorful pickled turnips are perfect for adding to Middle Eastern sandwiches or serving as a side dish with any Middle Eastern meal. #PickledTurnips #MiddleEasternFood #Arabic #FYP #Yummy #Delicious #Recipe #Pickling

Can you hear the ocean? 🌊 Recipe & directions 🗺️ The pot 5 quarts of water 1/2 c seafood seasoning -creole seasoning -slap ya mama -zatarans -old bay 1 onion 1 lemon 1/4 c water Fresh parsley 3 bayleaves 1 tsp chili flakes 1 1/2 lb butter 1/4 c garlic Seafood seasoning 1/4 c parsley 1 tsp chili flakes 1 fresh lemon Once you have added all of your seasonings to the pot and the water has begun to boil, add your potatoes. While the potatoes are cooking, you can begin making the cowboy butter. To make the cowboy butter, simply melt the butter and then add all of your ingredients. After the potatoes have boiled for about five minutes, add them to the cowboy butter for a medium simmer. Be sure to watch the butter carefully to avoid burning it. After crisping the potatoes in the butter for a few minutes, add your shrimp to the crab boil for one minute . Then, transfer the shrimp from the boil to the cowboy butter and allow it to simmer for about two minutes. Be cautious not to overcook the shrimp, as they will become chewy. Next, add your corn to the seafood boil and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then, add your crab and simmer for another seven minutes before transferring everything to a large serving bowl. Place the corn and crab in the serving bowl, then pour the butter, potatoes, and shrimp over the top. Serve and enjoy! #seafoodboil #seafood #shrimp #foodie #foodporn #seafoodlover #food #crablegs #lobster #seafoodlovers #fyp #instagood
