BASE: 30g coconut flour 3 scoops @vivolife Collagen Builder Vanilla 3 scoops @vivolife Vegan Protein Unflavoured 3 tbsp melted Biscoff spread 4 tbsp almond milk TOPPING: 50g plant-based white chocolate 2 tbsp melted Biscoff spread Cookie crumbs METHOD: 1. Line a loaf tin with a liner 2. Make the base by mixing all ingredients in a bowl until you get a cookie dough texture. Press into the base. 3. Melt the white chocolate with Biscoff spread and pour over the base. 4.
