I wash my hair about 2 days a week. Double wash each time. Several pumps the first time wasg (about 6) then rinse, and then wash again with just one or two pumps and rinse rinse rinse. This lasts me about about 1.5 months and has drastically decreased the amount of dry shampoo i use in between washes (i actually cant remember the last time i used dry shampoo and i used to use it allllll the time.)
