Ive been taking for a month now and i can tell you that is amazing for your choclate fix with almond milk 30g of chocolate powder and a tiny peanut butter soooo good. This is a great way to get some choc in you but protien. Its giving demure for sure. So if your finding it hard like me to stick to a healthy diet for your illness i recommend this
