Most of humanity is sleepwalking. Wrapped up in the incessant chatter of our minds, identified with a personality that we aren’t aware is just a bundle of programmed mental constructs and conditioned patterns. This is why I say financial freedom is nothing without personal freedom. Because if you’re still identified as your ego- monetary riches will never fulfill you. Fulfillment doesn’t happen in the ego, it happens in the heart. So we must begin the process of disidentifying with our conditioned minds and choosing to identify as pure consciousness Because it’s only from that place that we can truly be the co-creator of our lives. The bird doesn’t have to trust that the branch it’s sitting on won’t break Because it trusts in its own wings to fly away if it does. And the CEO can trust her employees to get the job done because if they don’t, she knows how to get it done herself. You can’t delegate something until YOU know how to do it yourself, cuz if you don’t- how are you going to know if they are doing a good job or not? This is why we have to take control of our finances and stop deferring our decisions to “advisors” and “experts”. I got the Series 6 and 63 licenses to be a mutual fund and ETF broker. I got the Series 7 License to be a stock broker. I got the Series 66 to be able to call myself a “Registered Investment Advisor” NONE of those licenses taught me how to actually add value to and help my clients achieve their goals. ALL of them taught me how to add value to and help insurance and investment companies achieve THEIR goals. That’s why I don’t give a shit about any of those licenses anymore. They may make a financial professional look good to a layman, but they do absolutely nothing to help SERVE THE PEOPLE. That’s why I created the Money Mindset Mastery program. You can protect yourself from bad advisors by understanding how the financial services industry is set up, and recognizing that many advisors are actually incentivized to make money at your expense. Most financial advisors are not bound to the standard of acting in your best interest. The financial plans they provide just have to be “suitable” for you. That said, I don’t believe morality can be regulated. They keep trying and it never works. That’s why you’ve gotta follow your own intuition and work with people that you truly know have your best interest at heart.
