Detroit police say they have made an arrest in connection to a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian dead. The crash happened around 11:00 p.m. on Woodward Ave near Little Caesars Arena in early October. Video captures the driver fleeing and nearly hitting another driver, near the scene of the crash. A driver of a Dodge Challenger struck the victim and then fled the scene. The male victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police are still asking for the public's help.
