I put one on me earlier as seen in this video And heres what I thought and how I feel: I honestly found that they didnt do anything for me as soon as I put it on my arm, the longer I have it on for the more I feel myself getting sleepy, feeling calm, however they dont stick great to my arm, it slowly starts to peel off, feel abit sick and extremely tired Overall I think that I’ll be using them each night (hopefully the sicky feeling passes tho!)
