The owner is doing amazing this, providing $30/hour salaries for all of her workers and making her way in a market on their own. Small businesses deserve to shine, too, and just because a company decides to open their market up to places like TikTok shop or whatever to increase their coverage, this does not mean that you should write them off immediately based on hunches and ignorance.
