Give this fun dinner a try, the tomato salad is perfect🫶🏼🤝🏼 Who said healthy eating is boring? Not in my house🙌🏼 let me show you how fit food can be the most delicious adventure you'll ever experience! You will need: 2 thinly sliced chicken breast Season with: Garlic powder Paprika Salt Italian seasoning For the Tomato Salad: 1 tomato cut into slices For the marinade: 3 tbsp minced parsley 2 small minced garlic cloves 1 slice of a red onion minced Pinch of salt & pepper Pinch of Italian seasoning 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1/2 lemon juice 1 tbsp avocado oil As a side I made white rice and added 1/2 cup to my plate, l sliced up the chicken breasts nd as much tomato salad as you'd like🥰 Notes: season chicken breast well. Allow chicken to sit while you work on the salad. For the tomato salad, cut it into thin slices. Minced all ingredients for the marinade and add into a smaller bowl. Mix well. Lay out the tomato slices then coat with the marinade. Allow the tomatoes to sit for a few minutes before serving. Now cook the chicken on a pan with avocado oil on medium heat, cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Fit Loaded Fries⬇️🫶🏼 This is absolutely amazing! Please adjust any ingredients to your liking. It can be made by using steak, fish, shrimp...the possibilities are endless😉 You will need: 3 yellow potatoes Seasoned with: Paprika Salt Garlic powder For the chicken: I used 3 thin sliced chicken breast (feel free to use thick chicken breast and slice thinly) Season with: Garlic powder Oregano Salt Paprika Chili flakes For the Pico de Gallo: 3 Roma tomatoes diced Bunch of cilantro minced 1/2 red onion minced 1/2 jalapeño pepper (optional) 2 limes juiced Salt to taste For the Avocado Crema: 1/2 avocado 1/3 cup water 1 lime juiced Garlic powder to taste Salt & pepper to taste Bunch of cilantro 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt Additional toppings: Shredded lettuce Plain greek yogurt to drizzle Notes: cut up potatoes into French fries; season well. Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-18 min. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and season lightly. Cook in a pan with avocado oil on medium heat for 5-7 min. Add all ingredients for the pico into a small bowl and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator until it's time to serve. For the avocado crema l added all ingredients into a blender until it became like a thin sauce. If you need to add more water for better consistency please do so.
