It took me years to realize that the redness and pigmentation on my eyelids was due to eyelash serums with prostaglandin analogues. Even years afrer switching to one that is prostaglandin free, I still bring it up so that others can recognize the symptoms. I currently use nuorganic (which is prostaglandin free), but post yours in the comments and I’ll let you kmow if it has prostaglandins or not. #eyelashes #eyelashserum #hyperpigmentation #skintok #skincare #dermatologist

Home microneedling can be an effective way to improve skin texture, acne scars, and can be used with minoxidil to increase hair growth. Stamping devices are safer than rollers since they don’t tear the skin or hair. Have you tried microneedling? #microneedlingface #microneedling #skin #acnescars #clearskin #dermatologist @BANISH

One thing I would never use as a dermatologist is eyelash serum with prostaglandin analogues. For me, it’s just not worth the red and irritated eyelids. I’ve linked the eyelash serum I use without prostaglandins from nuorganic. What’s your experience with eyelash serums been? #eyelashes #eyelashserum #dermatologist
