Chicken Embutido with Cheese Sauce 🥰 Ingredients: Embutido: Ground Chicken - 1 kg Onion - 3 medium Carrot - 1 large Red Bell Pepper - 1 large Pickle Relished - 100g Cheese - 80g or half box Flour - 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs - 1 cup Eggs - 3 pcs Salt - 2 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp Chicken Powder or Seasonings - 2 tsp *In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. *Make sure to mix well. *Lay foil and brush with oil. The oil will prevent the mixture from sticking when cooked. *Put mixture and flatten it. *Add hotdog and boiled egg. *Roll it tight and close the two edges. *Steam it for an hour.
