I am just frothing at the mouth right now guys like FROTHINGGGGGGGGG this is so so so so so unreal. The only downside is thag you need to get AC units for all of the rooms in the summertime like thats the ONLY downside, and that can be a pretty hefty investment up front. Otherwise you get free laundry in the basement, tons of storage, a small community, a gold course and park right across the street. Its definitely a bit farther out from civilization though which makes it a very car friendly unit, i def would want a car if i lived here.
