Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes Carrot sticks, cut into chinks @NearEastProducts quinoa/brown rice Chicken breasts 2 lemon juices Zest of 1 lemon 2 drizzles of @Mike’s Hot Honey 1 clove of garlic 3 tbsp @Good Culture cottage cheese 2 tbsp @Primal Kitchen Foods dijon Red pepper flakes Seasonings: @Simply Organic smoked paprika, onion powder, salt pepper, @Graza olive oil, avocado oil Instructions: 1. Season carrot sticks with above seasonings and olive oil and bake at 425° until crispy 2. Once carrots are fully cooked, toss with hot honey and red pepper flakes 3. Season chicken on both sides witb above seasonings, brown on both sides on cast iron in avocado oil, add in lezpn zest and juice of 1 lemon, then finish baking in oven at 425° until internal temp reaches 165° 4. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, juice of 1 lemon, drizzle of honey, garlic clove, dijon, pepper, and a little water and blend until smooth 5. Cook quinoa as directed 6.
