Ingredients used: 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes water for boiling salt 1 cup flour 2 piece egg 1 tbsp chopped parsley salt and pepper 200g Euro Chef Mozzarella, cut into cubes 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs Oil for deep frying Steps: *Place the potatoes in a large pot filled with cold water, enough to cover the potatoes. *Season with salt. Bring into a boil and cook until fork tender. *Once cooked, drain the potatoes and transfer into a large mixing bowl. Mash the potatoes. *Add in the 2 tbsp flour, 1 piece of egg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. *Scoop a mixture of mashed potatoes. Stuff it with a cube of cheese, making sure the ball is fully sealed. *Dredge each piece in 1/2 cup flour, 1 piece cracked egg, and breadcrumbs. Repeat the process until all of the mashed potato mixture are coated. *Deep fry for 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oil and allow the croquettes to cool. *Serve while warm. Aujourd’hui recette bien gourmande de croquettes de pommes de terre au comté 🧀 parfait avec une petite salade verte ! Ça vous dit ? 😍 Les ingrédients (pour 15 pieces environ) : - 800g de pommes de terre a purée - 30g de maizena - 1 oeuf - ciboulette, sel, poivre - comté (env 150/200g) - chapelure de pain Coupez les pommes de terre et faite les cuire une vingtaine de minutes dans de l’eau salée. Réduisez les en purée puis ajoutez la maïzena, la ciboulette, l’œuf, sel et poivre, mélangez bien. Formez des boules en ajoutant un cube de comté au milieu. Placez au réfrigérateur 15/20 minutes puis panez les directement dans la chapelure de pain. Faites frire les boules environ 5 minutes. CROQUETTES DE PÂTES DE MON GRAND PÈRE 💘 Il serait si fière!! 🥲🫶 Alors ça te tente cette recette ? Tu peux accompagner ça à côté d’une viande ou poisson avec des légumes également pour équilibrer ton assiette ! 😎 ✨Ingrédients pour la béchamel : - 50g de farine - 50g de beurre - 60cl de lait - 100-150g de fromage râpé - Muscade - Poivre ✨ Ingredients (pour 4 personnes environ): - 250g de pâtes type macaroni - 2 œufs (juste les blancs) - De la chapelure pour tremper les croquettes - Huile de friture (ou à faire dans le airfryer, je n’ai jamais essayer mais je pense que ça peut clairement fonctionner!) ✨Préparation : - Faire la béchamel, mettre le beurre dans la casserole puis ajoutez la farine remuer puis ajoutez le lait progressivement sans s’arrêter de rémunérer pour que la béchamel épaississe.
