3 years ago we found out we were expecting quadruplets which was especially shocking after lots of loss. We were instantly urged and pressured by doctors to reduce our pregnancy from 4 to 2 or even terminate it all together. Forever grateful to our team of experts who helped get them here safely & all the glory to God who gave me the courage to keep going and give their story a chance to be heard. I know how lucky @syman_says and I are. I know it doesn't alwavs work out this way. And I can probably tell you the risks better than anyone. But I truly can't imagine an alternate world where these four aren't here beside me. My Roman Empire is how 90% of female targeted products and consumerism is potentially toxic and disruptive to our hormone health and fertility. I am learning A LOT. And slowly trying to make big and small changes in all areas of my life. This mission to grow our family has become a different kind of mission 🤍 and for that I am grateful. 3.5 months after leaving Sydney and I haven’t felt this good in as long as I can remember I’ve realized that just because I look fit does not mean that I am healthy. It does not mean that I am not chronically stressed and deregulated. It does not mean that my body isn’t suffering on a cellular level. I’m far far far from perfect but I’m trying to make changes that I wish I knew about earlier in my life so maybe I wouldn’t be here having to take a synthetic hormone to help me conceive at the age of 30 as a “healthy” young woman. I quickly learned that not everyone is like that, I was diagnosed with ‘secondary infertility’ when trying to conceive baby #2 . I was the youngest person in that fertility clinic and rode the infertility rollercoaster for many years. If you’re currently struggling getting pregnant, please know that you’re not alone. I’ve been there. It was a very difficult and lonely period in my life. You’re allowed to desperately want another child. You’re allowed to feel that pain even if you’re already fortunate to have a child at home. After years and many fertility treatments later we were blessed with baby #2 and #3. My 4th baby was a complete miracle Baruch Hashem. I didn’t even think I could possibly conceive naturally and was shocked to find out I was pregnant. I love the love we’ve built together. Today is our 13th wedding anniversary and also 16 years of being together. Ty and I dated for three years before we got married. So many people told me I was crazy to marry someone who had a baby girl but I think it was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. Our family started as a family of three and now we are 5. We’ve been through so many hard things in 16 years together, having a child who is blind, learning how to help him and raise him. Dealing with secondary infertility and still struggling with that now. It’s also so hard to share Jordan half the time and not have all our kids at our house all the time. But every time I struggle with hard things Ty is the first one to understand. I’m so glad I married my best friend and we’ve been able to grow together raising our family.
