Here 👆🏼are 3 simple, no-fuss ways to amp up your protein intake without spending hours in the kitchen or getting bogged down in food tracking. 1️⃣ Cottage cheese - 50g = 50g protein 2️⃣ Add 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds to your cereal, oatmeal, salads, yoghurt bowls. Usually 2-3g of protein. 3️⃣ Chopped broccoli- 200g = 6g of protein 👉🏼 My clients tell me that by just eating more protein they are full, have decreased sugar cravings, decreased mindless snacking and they feel better. I used to hate working out with my kids 🫢 But as I’ve matured as a mama, I began to see how freaking valuable these “small” moments are. ‼️‼️ This isn’t just my workout- this is their real time, applicable gym class. 👏 This isn’t the nonsense we dealt with growing up where we’d be forced to run a mile and embarrassed by our slow times (or was that just me? 😝) This is real life for these kiddos, they’ve seen me do this day in & day out- they like to be around it, they respect it (as in know it’s time for mama to do work) & they’re intrigued by it. 🥹 && I’d be damned if I don’t take those opportunities to show them the ropes.
