TOP 3 TIPS TO PREVENT PILLING⬇️ 👉🏼Avoid more than one silicone product per routine and dont use too much of it. These are usually your blurring primers, and some moisturisers can be heavy in silicones if they give that kind of velvety smooth feel. 👉🏼Mist in between layers. This seems to work well for me, I think the fine mists help to absorb product into the skin rather than sit on surface. 👉🏼If you know you're going to be applying a lot of makeup, keep your skincare routine steps to a minimum. SPFs can be moisturising enough to use as a moisturiser and SPF in one! #pilling #skintok #skincare #skincaremistakes #skincareroutine #skincare101 #girlproblems #femalerage #skincaretips #skincareroutine #skincaretiktok #skincarehacks #skincareforbeginners #spf #spf50 #sunscreen #relatable #funny #skincarehack #skincareadvice

THINGS I DID TO AGE SKIN BACKWARDS ⬇️ - Double cleanse in PM with an oil based cleanser and flannel (no wipes!) - Mist, mist and mist again. Fine textured hydrating mists stop those dehydration lines. - Retinol (I started late twenties!) fine lines/congestion/blackheads all reduced - Layer hydrating serums. Even if its the same one twice. - SPF daily as a preventative, I stopped buying the cheapest ones at the end of the aisle tor face and body and now use ones formulated for skin on the face. PS If you have dry skin like me see it as another layer of moisture for your skin to keep bouncy! #skintok #skincare #skincaretreatment #skincaretips #skincareroutine #skincare101 #skincareasmr #skincareproducts #skincareadvice #wrinklesbegone #antiaging #antiagingskincare #agingbackwards

I did Accutane when I was 20 years old. I had a few cystic acne spots, 3-4 at any given time, and I asked my dermatologist if I could do Accutane. He said sure, why not without much conversation around it. I did 7months of Accutane and during the course my skin was glass!!! Not one breakout. But once I stopped taking it, shortly there after, my acne came back worse than before and I had to deal with a whole host of new issues post-Accutane, like sensitivity, dryness. Accutane is right for some people, but for myself, I was looking at it like a quick fix. I didnt know why my skin was breaking out and instead of trying to figure it out and deal with it — I just jumped right to Accutane. This allowed me to skip having to learn about my skin and what was causing the breakouts, so of course it came back once the Accutane was done. And tbh I think this is why acne comes back for a lot of people who do Accutane… I wish my dermatologist at the time would have talked to me about good skincare practices, how to build a routine, how to know if an ingredient irritated my skin or not, and how to deal with breakouts (aside from topical and oral antibiotics) with ingredients like white willow bark or mandelic acid. *White Willow Bark — is the natural form of BHA/saliclyic acid. It’s gentler than BHA. In some studies BHA, has shown to cause more breakouts in people with sensitive skin, so if this is you, try white willow bark instead. *Mandelic Acid — one of the gentlest AHA acids, this one also has antimicrobial benefits to it making it great for acne prone skin. Accutane works for some, but I hear of it not working longterm for many, so just wanted to share my experience and what I’ve learned post Accutane in case it’s helpful for anyone else out there. #accutane #accutanejourney #acne #skincare #skincareadvice #beautytips

THINGS I DID TO AGE SKIN BACKWARDS⬇️ - Double cleanse in PM with an oil based cleanser and flannel (no wipes!) have a clean flannel for every evening. - Mist, mist and mist again. Not just those water mists, you want one with hydrators in like ceramides/ hyaluronic acid. Because those fine lines aren't from aging, they're probs dehydration!! - Retinol (I started late twenties) fine lines/congestion/ blackheads all reduced. This is the ingredient for that baby skin look. You can opt for prescription strength or regular branded ones, l've tried both! - Layer the same hydrating product over and over! I shove on the same serum 5 X in a row most days! - SPF daily as a preventative, I stopped buying the cheapest ones at the end of the aisle tor face and body and now use ones formulated for skin on the face. 3 THINGS I DID THAT CHANGED MY SKIN 👉🏼I stopped cleansing in the morning. I was only cleansing every morning because I thought that was what I was "supposed" to do. Even if you have clog prone skin, this is a game changer, try it! 👉🏼I stopped exfoliating everyday. I had this warped view that if I peeled and peeled away at my skin it would be clear and glowy. That's not how it works. I still exfoliate but I don't have a strict routine, I'll just exfoliate as and when and it's never more than 1 X a week. I still love a physical scrub for getting rid of fake tan in the hairline don't @ me lol 👉🏼I started using retinol PROPERLY. le not just getting a prescription strength and lathering it on like a mask each day (always read the instruction kids or itl end in tears and an anti histamine whilst out on a 1st date - true story). Now I'll apply a pea sized amount for the whole face 1 or 2 X a week in the PM. I'll use the sandwich method if it's a strong retinol. Remember when starting retinol, exfoliate less. Your skin is resurfacing at a faster rate so there isn't a big need for exfoliating as there once was. #skintok #skincare #skincaretips #skincare101 #skincaretransformation #skintransformation #retinol #retinolskincare #retinolserum #retinoltips #retinoid #differin #tretinoin #skincarejourney #glowup #glowupchallenge #cleansing #exfoliating #skinbarrier #clearskin #clearskintips #clearskinroutine #skincareadvice #skincareforbeginners #thingsiwishiknewsooner #thingsiwishiknewbefore30

Blackheads may be stubborn like uninvited guests at a party – annoying and tough to get rid of 😩😮💨The temptation to squeeze them is real, but hold up! Squeezing can damage your skin and enlarge your pores overtime, which makes it easier for them to get clogged again. Instead, try our simple tips to clear and minimise pores! Cleanse deeply with methods like oil cleansing and regular exfoliation, and prevent future blackheads by using active ingredients and a non-comedogenic moisturiser. By adopting this approach, you can delicately remove oil-based impurities from your pores, keeping them clean, minimising the appearance of enlarged pores, and preventing the formation of future blackheads. Let's work together to combat blackheads and achieve clear, smooth skin! ✨💫 💓 Available at www.skincupid.co.uk #skincaretips #skincareadvice #blackheads #blackheadremoval #blackhead #smoothskin

I guess they saw my post about using this too! The readon why is it gets rid of bacteria under your arms so you never smell! Plus if your south asian especially and have the hgperpigmentation issues you can use this for that aswell if youre new to using acids i would start off only using it 3 times a week then gradually use it more and its a toner you dont need to wash it off its safe to keep on the skin. The reson why it stops you smelling even when you sweat is because sweat itself doesnt smell bad but when the bacteria in your underarms gets moist with seeat it starts to give off odour the glycolic acid kills the bacteria hence you dont smell even when sweating!! #stitch #fypuk #glycolicacid #howtostopsmellingbad #bigsisteradvice #duet #edit #fypukpage #tiktokmademebuyit #skincareadvice #skincarehombres #affordablebeauty #girlytips #girlytipss #bodyodor #bodyodoursolutions #girlyaesthetic #cleangirlaesthetic #femalehygiene #femalehygieneproducts #hygienetips #theordinaryskincare #affordableskincare #teenagetips #bigsistertips #womenshygiene
