Glute Workout for home or gym! A glute focused routine you can do ANYWHERE! You can do these same exercises at the gym or at home. I made a few changes for the home exercises to intensify them. There are 2 home versions - band from @H E R A and bodyweight. WORKOUT ▫️Hip Thrust | + hold | Single Leg Hip Thrust + hold ▫️RDL | 1 1/2 | Single Leg RDL pulses ▫️Split Squat | pulses | slow long pulses ▫️Hyperextension | Reverse Hyperextension pulses | hold pulses 10-12 reps each and make sure to repeat on both sides on unilateral moves. 3-4 rounds! I’m back with my weighted exercises and it felt so good! In the past 3 weeks I have been on vacation and did pilates style bodyweight exercises from my BOOTY SCULPT program. The struggle can be real when trying to grow the glutes whilst maintaining physique! My focus is to help women reach their fitness goals. My programs have a focus on the glutes paired with upper body exercises to sculpt and define. These tips are a top PRIORITY on a daily for me. INSTEAD OF THIS: ▫️Not eating enough protein ▫️Hours of cardio ▫️Sitting all day (sedentary) ▫️Sleeping 5-6 hours (maybe) ▫️Random workouts (no structure) DO THIS: ▫️Eat 20-40g of protein per meal (helps build lean muscle mass and maintains weight) ▫️30-45 minutes of strength training exercises (2-3 times per week challenge glute muscles to see growth) ▫️Go on walks everyday (even if they are short walks, try a few long walks each week) ▫️Follow my glute targeted program (the link is always in my bio and I offer a 7 day free trial) ____ ¡La lucha puede ser real cuando se trata de hacer crecer los glúteos mientras se mantiene el físico! Glute Workout for home or gym! A glute focused routine you can do ANYWHERE! You can do these same exercises at the gym or at home. I made a few changes for the home exercises to intensify them. There are 2 home versions - band from @H E R A and bodyweight. WORKOUT ▫️Hip Thrust | + hold | Single Leg Hip Thrust + hold ▫️RDL | 1 1/2 | Single Leg RDL pulses ▫️Split Squat | pulses | slow long pulses ▫️Hyperextension | Reverse Hyperextension pulses | hold pulses 10-12 reps each and make sure to repeat on both sides on unilateral moves. 3-4 rounds! I’m back with my weighted exercises and it felt so good! In the past 3 weeks I have been on vacation and did pilates style bodyweight exercises from my BOOTY SCULPT program. The struggle can be real when trying to grow the glutes whilst maintaining physique! My focus is to help women reach their fitness goals. My programs have a focus on the glutes paired with upper body exercises to sculpt and define. These tips are a top PRIORITY on a daily for me. INSTEAD OF THIS: ▫️Not eating enough protein ▫️Hours of cardio ▫️Sitting all day (sedentary) ▫️Sleeping 5-6 hours (maybe) ▫️Random workouts (no structure) DO THIS: ▫️Eat 20-40g of protein per meal (helps build lean muscle mass and maintains weight) ▫️30-45 minutes of strength training exercises (2-3 times per week challenge glute muscles to see growth) ▫️Go on walks everyday (even if they are short walks, try a few long walks each week) ▫️Follow my glute targeted program (the link is always in my bio and I offer a 7 day free trial) ____ ¡La lucha puede ser real cuando se trata de hacer crecer los glúteos mientras se mantiene el físico! Mi objetivo es ayudar a las mujeres a alcanzar sus objetivos de fitness. Mis programas se enfocan en los glúteos combinados con ejercicios de la parte superior del cuerpo para esculpir y definir.
