VIRAL Frozen Banana Bark - follow @krystens.kitchen for more. Yup I just devoured the - (about to go) - viral recipe that I just made up the other day. It’s a new fun way to eat frozen bananas, too. Directions: 1️⃣Mash banana on a piece of parchment paper on a plate or cutting board. 2️⃣Pop it in the freezer for about 30 minutes (freezes quicker on a plate). 3️⃣Smother with favorite nut butter. 4️⃣Spread melted chocolate on top of nut butter. 5️⃣Top with Sprinkles (duh). 6️⃣Pop back in freezer a few min, cut into pieces & enjoy! Gluten Free Goldfishies - follow me for more. RECIPE: 7-8 ounces shredded @rumianocheese (cheddar) 1 3/4 cups almond flour Pinch of @redmondrealsalt 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons or a splash lemon juice Pinch of turmeric (for color) - optional Punch of paprika (for color) - optional Mix everything in a food processor until combined. Roll out between two pieces of parchment paper about 1/6 of an inch. Use a fish cookie cutter (or any shape) and place the little fish onto a cookie sheet. I used the backend of a honey dipper to get them out. Sprinkle with a little more salt (optional) and bake at 350 for 10 to12 minutes. Once you see them start to brown on the edges take them out immediately and let them cool on a wire rack. Store in cookie jar or loosely sealed container. I was inspired by @gretchy on IG to make my son goldfish crackers. I used to make homemade cheese it crackers and already had this goldfish cookie cutter in my stash so this was a no brainer! Peppermint Bark Recipe (Paleo, gluten free, vegan, low carb) Follow me for more… What you need: 1 (9oz) bag Evolved Choc chocolate chips 3 (2.5oz) @Evolved Chocolate keto white chocolate 1-2 @YumEarth | Allergy-Friendly organic candy canes (optional) Peppermint extract Vanilla extract (Omit candy cane to make it paleo) Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler and add 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract in and stir. Pour into a parchment paper lined dish. The more chocolate you use the thicker the layer. The dish size will determine thickness as well. Place in fridge until hardened. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler and mix in 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp peppermint. Pour over the dark chocolate later. Crush 1 to 2 candy canes and sprinkle on top. Whipped Feta + Greek Spiced Lamb Holiday Appetizer - follow me for more! If you haven’t tried my famous whipped feta then jump on it asap - top it with ground lamb with some warming spices and voila- fancy appetizer unlocked! Whipped Feta: 7oz block of feta 3TB olive oil 2TB lemon juice 1-2 TB honey 2 garlic cloves 1/4 cup yogurt Salt 1 lb ground lamb 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg Salt 1/4 cup red onion, chopped Cherry Tomatoes Fresh parsley Lemon zest (optional) Mix all feta ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Heat skillet on medium and cook lamb. Add spices and stir well until fully cooked. Spread whipped feta on a plate, top with ground lamb, red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley and lemon zest. Drizzle a little honey, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Serve with crackers, bread or just a spoon. Easy PB cups - What you need 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tsp vanilla 1 Tablespoon coconut flour 2 scoops collagen 8-9 ounces of chocolate Melt chocolate & pour a little in a silicone mold (I used the cookie scoop tray from @✨Souper Cubes✨ ) and spread chocolate around. Place in fridge and make the PB filling (mix PB, vanilla, coconut flour and collagen). Scoop a little out and press into molds. Pour melted chocolate over the top to cover PB. Place back in fridge until chocolate sets. Drizzle with chocolate on top (optional). Each cup has about 100 calories, 1.8g net carbs, 1.8g sugar and 3g protein (all depending on the brands you use) I didn’t add any sugar because the chocolate was sweet enough for me and PB (to me) doesn’t need sugar.
