My easy to assemble ITALIAN STUFFED BREAD is perfect for lunch, brunch & can even be served as an appetizer. Why do we remove the guts? Just so we can fit more inside!! Ingredients: 1- 13 inch loaf of thick crusty bread 8 slices fresh mozzarella 2 ripe Roma tomatoes sliced thin 1 tsp fresh or dry oregano 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic grated 1/4 tsp salt 3 or 4 slices of prosciutto, ham or turkey 1/2 cup pesto -Preheat oven to 350F -Slice the loaf in half. -Remove most, but not all of the bread from the bottom. Be careful NOT to break through the crust. -Add 4 slices of mozzarella, followed by tomato, then olive oil, oregano, 2 cloves grated garlic, salt, prosciutto & remaining 4 slices of fresh mozzarella. -Brush the top of the loaf with olive oil and grate 1 clove of garlic over the bread. -Bake the bottom in oven for 20 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted and the bread is golden brown. Babe veut une salade césar 🥗🥬🥖 Yessss Chef ! @Andy Cooks Ingrédients - Sauce César - 2 jaunes d’œufs - 2 œufs durs - 3 filets d’anchois - 2 gousses d’ail - Parmesan - 1 citron jaune - 2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre balsamique blanc - 1 cuillère à soupe de Worcestershire sauce - 30 cl D’huile végétale Ingrédients - Salade - 1/2 Baguette tradition - 3 Gousses d'ail - Huile d’olives - 1 Salade romaine - 2 Filet de poulet - Chapelure - Romarin frais haché - Zest d’un citron - Œufs - Farine Recette - Sauce César - Dans un blender ajouter 2 jaunes d’oeufs, 2 oeufs durs, 3 filets d’anchois, la sauce worcester, le vinaigre, l’ail et le citron jaune. - Mixer jusqu’à ce que la sauce soit homogène. - Ajouter une grosse quantité de parmesan. (Plus il y en a, meilleure c’est !) - Mixer à nouveau. - Réduire la vitesse au minimum et commencer à incorporer l’huile au compte goute. Vas y doucement pour que la sauce monte tranquillement et ne tranche pas. - Réserver la sauce au frais. Day 4/20 🍃🍃 Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells Ingredients: - 250g smooth ricotta - 100g Spinach, roughly chopped - 6 cloves Garlic, minced - Pasta shells - 50g Mozzarella - 1/4 cup Parmesan - 1/4 cup Bread crumbs - 800g Tinned tomato - 1 tsp chilli flakes - 1 tsp Dried Basil - 1 tsp Dried thyme - 1 tsp Dried oregano - 2 tbsp olive oil 1. Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Add half the garlic and sauté for 1 minute before adding the spinach and a good pinch of salt. Sauté the spinach for 2-3 minutes to remove some moisture and cook it out. Remove from the frying pan and set aside to cook slightly 2. Put the pan back on the heat and add the rest of the olive oil and garlic, cooking for 2-3 mins. 3. Add in tinned tomato’s, Basil, thyme, oregano, a pinch of salt and sugar, stirring to combine. Bring sauce to a simmer and hold here for 10-15 minutes to cook out the tomato’s and reduce slightly. 4. Add pasta shells to heavily seasoned boiling water and cook until al dente. Pour into a mesh strainer and rinse with cold water for 1 minute to stop the cooking process 5. Combine ricotta, egg, spinach and garlic, bread crumbs, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine and pipe/spoon into the cooked pasta shells. 6. Remove 2/3 of the sauce from the frying pan and set aside 7. Arrange stuffed shells in the pan with the remaining sauce, cover with remaining sauce and extra mozzarella, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese 8. Drain and set aside. * In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink. * Add salt and pepper to taste. * cook the chicken until they are light in color and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. * In a same skillet, melt the butter over medium- high heat, add the minced garlic again cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. * Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Add the garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt and pepper(to taste). So many of you have asked me over the years “what's your favourite pasta”? And it might be surprising to you but really it’s the one and only Spaghetti al pomodoro! 🍅🍝 Obviously the quality of the ingredients here have to be at their best to get an incredible result. You need to buy the best quality extra virgin olive oil you can find. If you don’t buy the right pasta, you cannot make a good dish, so you need to buy the best bronze drawn dry pasta too. And for the tomatoes, this is of course a summer dish and they are still in season so let's make the most of them! I have used a mixed of cherry tomatoes and baby plum here.
