This is something you must try tonight! And all you need are chocolate chips! The sweetness of the ousse all depends on the type of chocolate you use, so you can go sugar free, keto, paleo, etc. Just blend 2 1/2 cups of water with 1 cup of chocolate chips for about 2 minutes or until chocolate is completely disintegrated and water has doubled in volume (there should not be any clumps) Pour mixture into a large bowl or several mini bowls and refrigerate overnight. An easy, healthier substitute for Ice Cream… Blueberry Cheesecake flavour! The hype is real with this cottage cheese hack. 6 ingredients, creamy, low calorie and PACKED with protein.👇🏼 - Cream Mix: • 2 cups (16oz) cottage cheese (I use 2-4% fat) • 3 tbsp light cream cheese • 1/4 cup low calorie maple syrup OR any sweetener • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use myprotein whey) • Optional: 1/4 tsp salt - Blueberry Mix: • 1 cup frozen blueberries • 1 tsp honey OR any sweetener - Directions: • Add all “cream mix” ingredients to blender and blend until smooth • Add “blueberry mix” to medium heat pot/pan and cook into jam • Add half of cream mix to jar/container, followed by half blueberry mix. Repeat twice for two layers. • using a fork/knife, swirl the blueberry mix to create an even flavour. • Freeze for 3 hours and serve. - Notes: • The higher fat content of cottage cheese you have, the less your mix will freeze solid after placing it in the freezer for longer than 3 hours. Even if it does, you just need to leave it out to thaw for a few minutes and mix it around before serving. • You can use greek yogurt as a substitute for cottage cheese, but I recommend keeping it for the cheesecake flavour. • You can experiment with all different kinds of frozen fruits. An easy, healthier substitute for Ice Cream… Blueberry Cheesecake flavour! The hype is real with this cottage cheese hack. 6 ingredients, creamy, low calorie and PACKED with protein.👇🏼 - Cream Mix: • 2 cups (16oz) cottage cheese (I use 2-4% fat) • 3 tbsp light cream cheese • 1/4 cup low calorie maple syrup OR any sweetener • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use myprotein whey) • Optional: 1/4 tsp salt - Blueberry Mix: • 1 cup frozen blueberries • 1 tsp honey OR any sweetener - Directions: • Add all “cream mix” ingredients to blender and blend until smooth • Add “blueberry mix” to medium heat pot/pan and cook into jam • Add half of cream mix to jar/container, followed by half blueberry mix. Repeat twice for two layers. • using a fork/knife, swirl the blueberry mix to create an even flavour. • Freeze for 3 hours and serve. - Notes: • The higher fat content of cottage cheese you have, the less your mix will freeze solid after placing it in the freezer for longer than 3 hours. Even if it does, you just need to leave it out to thaw for a few minutes and mix it around before serving. • You can use greek yogurt as a substitute for cottage cheese, but I recommend keeping it for the cheesecake flavour. • You can experiment with all different kinds of frozen fruits. Chocolate Covered Rice Cake Sandwich with PB & Jam😋 This is such a yummy combo😍 • Ingredients: 2 rice cakes 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 2 - 3 pieces of 80% dark chocolate 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil • For the strawberry chia jam: 3 big strawberries 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds • 1. Mash the strawberries 2. Add the chia seeds and stir to combine 3. Let sit for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and mixture to thicken 4. Spread peanut butter onto one of the rice cakes 5. Then add the jam 6. Add the other rice cake on top 7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil 8. Cover the rice cake sandwich with the melted chocolate 9.
