BBQ Chicken Potato Skillet is an easy weeknight dinner recipe! Recipe 2 chicken breasts 5 small/medium potatoes olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (for potatoes) 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of paprika, ranch seasoning, and onion powder 2 TBSP butter 1 TBSP minced garlic 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese Steps Peel, wash potatoes, and cut up into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part). Cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook. Once potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes. Cook chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter. Season chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika, ranch seasoning, and onion powder. Once chicken is finished cooking add the minced garlic and about 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. Add cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir everything together. Top with shredded cheese. Broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese (you could also cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts). Chicken Alfredo Tortellini is an easy dinner for those nights you don’t really feel like cooking! Recipe 1 lb chicken breast 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1 tsp onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning 1 tbsp minced garlic 19 oz bag frozen tortellini 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 6 pieces of bacon Steps Cook bacon in a skillet or in the oven and chop into small pieces and set aside. Start a pot of water boiling on the stove. Cut chicken into small cubes. In a large skillet melt butter over medium high heat. Add chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Once water is boiling cook tortellini according to the directions on the package. Cook until chicken is cooked through and is golden brown. Stir in 1 tbsp of minced garlic and remove the skillet from the heat. Add drained/cooked tortellini to the skillet and a 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce. Stir well. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and the chopped bacon. This is the 1st episode of my new LAZY DINNER SERIES. Of course I am being sarcastic by using the word “lazy”. There is nothing lazy about putting a meal on the table, it’s always work. However in this series I aim to reduce the prep work and the time you spend in the kitchen. Baking dish: @juliskaofficial Lazy Chicken Dinner Ingredients 10 pieces of chicken breast, THINLY sliced (can sub with chicken thighs) 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup grated cheese 2 tsp crushed Calabrian jarred chili 1/2 tsp salt 3 cloves garlic grated 1 lemon juiced 1/2 tsp oregano 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs 3 tbsp melted butter 1 loaf of sliced bread Tomato Salad Ingredients 3 large tomatoes 1/4 red onion sliced thin 1/4 cup fresh basil 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp salt Lazy Chicken -Preheat oven to 375F -To a large baking sheet add, olive oil, grated cheese, Calabrian chili pepper, salt, garlic, lemon juice and oregano. Use a fork or small whisk to mix the ingredients. -Coat each chicken piece in the mixture as shown. -To a medium sized bowl add Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix well. WARNING! Most pre seasoned breadcrumbs contain salt. Adding any additional salt will make the dish too salty. -Top each piece of chicken with the breadcrumb mix and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temp of 165F. Cook time may be slightly longer or shorter depending on the thickness of your chicken. If you want crispier breadcrumbs, broil for the last 2 minutes max. Lazy Tomato Salad -Remove the stem and slice tomatoes into wedges -Use a mandoline to slice the red onion. Please don’t do as I do! Use the mandoline guard . -Add olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt. Mix well then top with fresh basil. Enjoy :) MARRY ME CHICKEN 2 Large Chicken Breasts (Sliced Lengthwise Into Thin Cutlets) Salt Pepper Flour 2 Tbs Olive Oil 2 Tbs Butter 5 Cloves Minced Or Finely Chopped Garlic 1 cup Chicken Broth 1 cup Heavy Cream 1.5 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 1/4 for the sauce & the rest on top of completed dish if desired) 2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes 1 Tsp Oregano 1 Tsp Thyme 1/2-3/4 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Chopped (reserve about 1/3 cup of the oil to put in sauce as well!) Fresh Basil Leaves Sauce & Chicken: After halving chicken breasts, pat dry and sprinkle both sides with a generous helping of salt and pepper. Then dredge in flour and set aside. Shake off any excess flour. Heat oil & melt butter in large non stick pan on high heat. Swirl pan to coat evenly. Brown the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through & golden brown. Transfer onto plate & cover to keep warm. Sauté the garlic for about a minute and then add chicken broth. Deglaze pan to get all the bits stuck to the bottom. Lower heat to medium low and add heavy cream. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until combined. Let sauce simmer for a few minutes and then add red pepper flakes, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, sun-dried tomatoes & 1/3 cup of the tomato’s oil. Add chicken back in and let the sauce simmer and thicken for a few more minutes. Add fresh basil. Pasta: 1 Box Farfalle A lot of Garlic, Parmesan & Herb Butter (I prefer this combo butter but you can use any butter) 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped or Sliced Parsley (fresh is preferred but I ran out so I used dried!) Boil water and add a generous amount of salt. Add farfalle (or pasta of your choice) and cook according to package instructions. In a non stick saucepan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic. Add in pasta and toss until the butter is coating all of the pasta. Spicy Chicken Dumplings Recipe 🌶️🥟 (Makes approx 20-25 dumplings) Filling: 300g chicken mince 3 garlic cloves 3-4cm size fresh ginger 2 spring onions 1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp red chilli flakes Pastry: 250g all purpose flour (plain) 130ml warm water Pinch of salt - Knead dough for 2-3 minutes and allow to rest for 1 hour before rolling - You can fold these in any shape you like, I’ve shown gyoza in the video - Pan fry for a crispy bottom in a tbsp of oil for 2 mins in a non stick pan (on medium heat) and then add a splash of water (1/3 cup) and cover with lid immediately, allow to steam for 7-10 mins (on low heat) until water has evaporated and the dumplings are ready (the dough should look slightly translucent) #dumplings #easyrecipe #chickenrecipe

🇮🇹🐓Chicken Cutlets🐓🇮🇹 Thank you for the delicious recipe!❤️ @Pinaandroe 4-6 chicken breasts 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 cup panko 1/2 cup pecorino romano, grated 1 large garlic clove, minced 3 tbsp fresh or dry parsley, chop fine 2-3 eggs Oil for frying 1. Place breadcrumbs, panko, Pecorino, garlic and parsley in a shallow dish and mix well using your hands so the garlic gets evenly distributed. Set aside. Add eggs to a shallow dish and mix well. Set aside. 2. Using a sharp knife, cut the chicken breast into thin layers. I got about 3 slices per breast. 3. Place the chicken between two pieces of parchment paper and using a rolling pin or masher, smash until evenly thin. 4. Season chicken on both sides and then place in egg mixture, then into a dish with breadcrumbs and coat well. Push the breadcrumbs into the chicken using the base of your hand. 5. Heat a large pan over medium with neutral and fry the chicken cutlets until golden brown. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and pecorino, serve with tomato salad and arugula. Noosh e joon!! Crockpot Crack Chicken Sandwiches are perfect for an easy weeknight dinner recipe! INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breast 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp paprika 2 TBSP of ranch seasoning 1 onion 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 cup of chicken broth 8 slices of bacon 1 block of cream cheese 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese INSTRUCTIONS Spray a crockpot with cooking spray and add the chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, ranch seasoning, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Once chicken is cooked shred the chicken, add a block of cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Let this keep cooking on low until the cream cheese is melted and stir everything together well. Cook bacon while cream cheese is melting.
