SAVE and try this recipe 375g 75% dark chocolate 40g peanut butter 1 tsp coconut oil 140g marshmallows 45g dried cranberries 45g raw pistachio, roughly chopped 20g puffed rice 5g desiccated coconut 10g dried edible flowers to decorate, optional Method: 1. Line and grease a square baking tin, set aside. Slice marshmallows in half and roughly chop the pistachios. Place chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until melted. 2. In a separate bowl, combine marshmallows, dried cranberries, pistachios and puffed rice, then pour over the melted chocolate and mix well. 3. Transfer rocky road to the prepared tin and spread evenly. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and dried flowers (if using). Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice and serve.
