For me a lot of core workouts can cause lower back pain because I have slight scoliosis. I manage to not have pain when training core by adding a block right under my pelvis and I don’t over extend. So I only extend my legs as far as comfortably possible so my lower back is not compromised. CORE WORKOUT 3 rounds | 30-45 seconds each ▫️bird dog crunches (each side) ▫️alternating leg raises ▫️leg raises 🔗 I hope this helps!
