Garlic and caramelized onion bread is perfect for Game Day or a Super Bowl Party! Ingredients: 1 loaf french bread cut in half 2 sticks kerrigold unsalted butter (softened) 7 slices of prosciutto Freah grated Parmesan 1/4 cup parsley (chopped) 2 heads garlic 2 sweet onions Oil for fying Directions: 1. Start off by prepping the garlic. Cut off the top of each head and lay on a square of tinfoil. Add salt and olive oil to each one and wrap tightly. Bake at 425F degrees for about 40 min. 2. Next caramelize the onions by heating a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and 5 tbs of butter. You can add some brown sugar if you like. Cook over medium low heat stirring often and adding more butter if needed. Should take close to 45 min. 3. Next finish up the compound butter by mixing the butter, garlic, parsley, and onions. Once thoroughly combined spread the compound butter all over each half loaf of bread. Then cover in parmesan. Bake in the oven or on the smoker at 400F degrees for 15 to 20 min. Go longer if you wish. While the bread is cooking fry up the prosciutto at 325 until crispy. 4. Party Ribs!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Recipe👇🏻 Ingredients: 1 Rack Baby Back Ribs (Trimmed and Separated) Mustard for Binder BBQ Seasoning @fireandsmokesociety 1 Stick Unsalted Butter 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce + 1/4 Cup water shaken in bottle Directions: Preheat Oven or Smoker to 250F Trim and Separate the Ribs. Coat each rib lightly in the mustard, then cover generously with the bbq rub. Place ribs on the smoker until they reach an internal of about 165F. Should take about an hour or so. Once up to temp, remove and add to a foil pan. Add butter, Brown sugar, Maple Syrup, and bbq sauce. Cover and place back on the smoker until they reach an internal of 205F. Sauté the onion and jalapeño in the unsalted butter. Cooking over medium low heat until a nice light caramelized color forms. Next combine the cream cheese, Sautéed veg, White Cheddar, bbq seasoning, and chives until all is incorporated. Now just take the pounded out chicken breast and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over the top. Roll the chicken breast up as tight as possible. Next wrap each chicken roll up in bacon. It should take about 2 strips, but maybe 3. After they are wrapped, just season them with a sweet bbq rub. Throw on a smoker or grill set up for indirect heat cooking at 250F. Once the chicken reaches an internal of 145F, paint each roll up with bbq sauce and let tack up. Once the chicken reaches an internal of 163F, pull off the grill and let rest for 10 min. Enjoy!
