It may seem “silly” but diet culture is a beettch. I used to eat all my food completely plain because I was scared that adding sauce would be too many calories and make me fat. 🤦🏼♀️ but now I’ve learned how to balance my nutrition so that I can eat to feel my best, but also enjoy the food that I’m eating 🔥🔥 if you’re struggling with this, I need help, check out my bio and let’s chat 🩵#ho#howtoloseweighto#howtolosebellyfati#dietculturesucksl#flexibledietingl#flexibledietingtips

I tried to find the calories online for the SF syrups and I saw they use the @@ToraniSF syrups which has 0 calories. So the calories are coming from the cold brew and the creamer. Since I’m just going to estimate how much creamer they used I would account for three servings so around ~90 calories. In total, i estimated about 110 calories for this drink! Pretty solid 🔥#l#lowercaloriedutchbrosl#lowcaloriedutchbrosh#healthiercoffeel#lowcaloriecoffeeorderd#dutchbrosorder

There’s no right or wrong when it comes to training on your period. Some days you may feel like shit and not want to do anything and other days you may feel strong AF and hit a PR (I like to call this “period strength”) 😂 Here are some of the ways that I adjust my training if I’m having a day where I feel more fatigued and still want to work out but just take it a little easier. #workingoutonyourperiod #womenstrainingtips #workoutmotivation #gymgirlthings #gymgirlsoftiktok #strengthtrainingforwomen

Bagels and bread are NOT fattening. If you’re gaining weight, it’s because you’re eating in a calorie surplus. A surplus can be created with any food. So if someone tells you you HAVE to cut out bread and carbs to lose weight, they’re full of 💩 I help my clients lose weight while eating the foods they love (like bagels!) Ready to learn how you can do the same?
