Part 4 - What do you think of the new rug? 🥹 I love honouring the craftsmanship and thoughtful design of these classic timeless pieces. Because this space is so long and narrow, it is important for me to ensure that the objects are to scale, very grand in presence but without taking up to much visual space. This rug is everything in terms of quality and strength while still being unbelievably beautiful. I have so many ideas for the pieces that will be complementing it, and of course we will be adding in bits of colour to honour the space as well. Right now I think the palette matches perfectly with the architecture and original structure of this place - the deep browns and natural wood materials feel so cohesive after setting the rug down!
