Ginger Slurry Recipe (NO PULP) ⬇️ Adapted from Andrea Beaman‘s original ginger slurry recipe 1. Put 1 large bulb of ginger (peeled & chopped) and 4-5 lemon peeled into a juicer & juice it 3. Take 2 tbsp. of ginger slurry and put into your favorite mug. 4. Put the remaining slurry into the refrigerator in a tightly sealed jar. 5. Add boiling water into the mug, plus a dash or two of cayenne pepper and 1-2 tsp. local honey. 6. Sip and sweat. At the onset, Andrea suggests to drink 3-4 cups of this tea.
