⚠️ the proper way of lifting and putting down pbjects. I have so many patients that put their back out with just one wrong movement. Remember to not use your back when you’re putting down or lifting objects (especially heavier ones). When lifting it’s important to: 1. Walk close to object 2. Squat down 3. Bend forward slightly 4.
