My Lymphatic Drainage Morning Routine… As many of you know, I had surgery on my large intestines several months ago. Due to this, I had to discover numerous methods to promote healthy bowel movements, reduce constipation, bloating, inflammation, and improve digestion. One exercise that proved effective for me is Lymphatic Drainage. Initially, I sought professional assistance, but over time, I learned to perform it independently.
