But this couldn’t be further from the truth - tofu is so versatile and there’s nothing difficult about this recipe. Give this tofu a try and see if you’re still a skeptic. You’ll need One block of firm tofu Sesame seeds 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp Gochujang 1 tsp White miso A big squirt of Sriracha 1 tbsp Honey 2 Garlic cloves Vegetable oil Recipe 1. Pat the tofu dry with kitchen paper and cut into bite-sized chunks. 2. Put cornflour or plain flour into a container with a bit of salt and pepper mixed in and shake until the tofu is coated. 3. Fry on a medium heat in oil whilst you make the sauce. 4. The sauce is simple - mix all of the sauce ingredients together with a little bit of hot water to loosen the sauce. 5.
