As we find ourselves in the hospital once again with our brave little warrior, Nathan, we wanted to share an update with all of you, who have become an extended family to us. In late January, Nathan faced his second bowel obstruction, a challenging complication we’ve navigated before. After nearly two weeks in the hospital, we thought we had overcome this hurdle. Yet, here we are, on March 7th, back in familiar territory as Nathan battles another obstruction. These moments are never easy, filled with worry and uncertainty, but Nathan continues to show us the strength of a giant in the body of a little hero. His resilience amid these trials is nothing short of inspiring. This isn’t just a medical battle; it’s an emotional rollercoaster that we’re all on together. Each trip back to the hospital, each unexpected challenge, takes a piece of our hearts but also reinforces our resolve to fight, to hope, and to never give up. We share these moments not to seek sympathy, but to show the reality of our situation, the strength it demands, and the love that carries us through.
