My son and I pressed some fresh orange juice the other day and I knew I had to save some to make this dish for your guys! To make👇🏼 Ingredients • 1 block extra firm tofu, pressed & cubed • 1 tbsp corn starch • 2 tsp sesame oil • 2 tsp liquid aminos or soy sauce • black pepper • 1/4 cup liquid aminos/soy sauce • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 3 tbsp coconut sugar • 1/2 cup orange juice • *optional 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed w/ 3 tbsp water Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400 F 2. Add cubed tofu to a large bowl and combine with cornstarch, sesame oil, liquid aminos, and black pepper. Spread into a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through 3. Add liquid aminos and garlic to a pan and heat until bubbles form. Stir in red pepper flakes (optional), rice vinegar, coconut sugar, and orange juice. Bring to a quick boil. 4. Reduce to low and stir in the cornstarch mixture, whisking until a liquid sauce forms.
