what even is coquette vanilla cupcakes 🎀 - 1 cup and 2 tbsp of flour - 2 tbsp corn starch - 1 1/4 tsp baking powder - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 2 eggs - 1 tsp vanilla - 1/4 cup unsalted butter - 1/4 cup vegetable oil - 1/2 cup milk (ROOM TEMP) whipped cream - 1 cup heavy cream - 1/3 cup sugar 1. preheat the oven to 350f 2. whisk flour, corn starch, and baking powder in a medium bowl and set aside. 3. beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and fluffy (3 ish minutes) 4. add butter and oil to the egg mix and stir till combined. 5. alternate between adding a little bit of the dry ingredients and a little bit of the milk mixing in between each addition.
