Hourglass back and biceps routine ive been doing since the beginning of my weightloss journey with only a few adjustments. Lat pull downs 4x failure Underhand lat pull downs 3-4x failure T bar rows 4x failure Facepull 4x failure Straight arm pulls downs 4 x failure Cable bicep curls 4 x failure Failure for me is around the 8-15 rep range if its to easy to hit these reps then i will up the weight.
