When your sister randomly asks “wanna go snowboarding?” you immediately say YES and go 🙌🏼 This is what FITNESS is all about! While I’m still a beginner, the foundation was there. All those squats, core work, mobility, and balance that I work on in my workouts paid off today and I totally crushed my S-curves! Wherever you are on your journey, it’s okay to be a beginner. Get those reps in and you’ll get better…just like how we started on the bunny slopes, then graduated to the green and blue slopes! Anyone else a fan of snowboarding!?
