Then 30 minutes later, I made a raspberry collagen smoothie (coconut water, banana, raspberries, collagen powder) Lunch was tuna salad with a bagel 1 can canned tuna, drained 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons shredded carrots 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon mustard 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste Snack was whipped cottage cheese with veggies and chips 1 cup @good_culture cottage cheese 1-2 tablespoons taco seasoning (adjust to taste) In a food processor or blender, blend the cottage cheese for about a minute. Add the taco seasoning. Dinner was a salad mix bag with @barillaus protein pasta (you can sub with whole wheat pasta), chickpeas and pumpkin seeds.
