Well, what can I say, it started out very simply and ended up getting a bit complicated. But here’s something that I experimented with, tweaked a bit here and there, and now we have what I call the ✨Heatwave✨ and let me say it’s pretty neat! Here’s your reminder to EXPERIMENT AND PLAY!!! HEATWAVE — • 2 oz fat washed tequila • 1 oz acid adjusted blood orange juice • ¾ oz simple syrup • 1 oz cointreau • ~heaping spoonful sour cream • garnish: dried chili Add all ingredients to the jar of sour cream and give it a mix. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Strain through a coffee filter lined sieve. Pour over ice. Garnish with a dried chili. CHILI EVOO TEQUILA — • 15g chili evoo • 300g tequila blanco Add to a jar, give it a shake, and let it freeze overnight. The next day, strain through a coffee filter lined sieve.
