Add your brown sugar and stir in and let melt. 9. Simmer and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. 10. Add your evaporated milk and mix it in. 11. Simmer for a couple minutes. 12. Take off heat and cool for 1-2 minutes. 13. Add powdered sugar to a bowl. 14. Pour caramel sauce into powdered sugar. 15. With a mixer, blend together. Add more evaporated milk if it is too thick. 16. This icing with thicken up fast so immediately when it is done and everything is mixed together, add on top of cake. 17. Brown Butter Brownies 🤎 * 3/4 cups unsalted butter, browned + 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder * 1 3/4 cups light brown sugar * 1/4 cup white granulated sugar * 3 large eggs * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 3/4 cups all purpose flour * 1/2 tsp salt * Chocolate chips of choice (about 1/2 cup) Bake Temperature: 350F Bake Time: 25-26 minutes, edges will be set and the middle should come out with a knife with a little bit of brownie batter 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Take your 8x8 or 9x9 square pan grease and line with parchment paper. Set aside. 3. In a saucepan on medium low heat bring your butter to simmer. 4. Tuesday Dinner: Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo 🍤 with Cheddar Bay Biscuits Ingredients * 1 bag of raw peeled and deveined shrimp * 2 large chicken breasts, chopped/diced * 1 box of fettuccine pasta or pasta of choice Sauce * 1-2 cups heavy whipping cream (depends on how creamy you want your sauce) * 2 cups of parmesan cheese Seasonings * Italian seasoning * Blackening seasoning * Pepper * Paprika 1. Fill up a pot with some water (4 quarts). Add some salt and let come to a boil. 2. Once water comes to a boil, add your pasta and bowl according to instructions on your box. 3. Season your chicken and shrimp. All the seasonings I used are above. 4. In a saucepan on medium heat cook your chicken and shrimp. (Separately/one at a time.) Set aside. 5. Once your pasta is done, strain water put and set aside. 6. In the same pan you cooked your chicken and shrimp in, add 6 tbsp of butter on medium heat. 7. Add your heavy cream. 8. Add seasonings and mix in. 9. Let cream come to a simmer. 10. Add your parmesan cheese. Constantly whisking to ensure your sauce does not stick and burn. 11. Once your sauce comes together, add your pasta, chicken, and shrimp. Toss in sauce. 12. Serve with garlic bread, cheddar bay biscuits, or your bread of choice 🍤❤️.
