I know it didn’t rain today this was prefilmed 🫡) The key to my manchow soup is to cook in layers. What I mean by that is you want the vegetables to retain texture to add layers to the soup. It’s hard to tell in the edit but I cook each round of veggies for 2-3 before adding the next batch and the cabbage at the very end for the last boil.
