Tandoori chicken wraps 🌯 Recipe below 👇🏽 Ingredients: 1kg/2.5lb bone-in skinless chicken 1 cup yogurt 1 packet tandoori masala (I use Shan or Riya’s) ¼ cup vegetable oil Juice of ½ lemon 1 tbs red food colouring Salt 6 flatbreads of your choice Red onions, sliced Cilantro/coriander leaves Feta cheese Steps 1. Score deep cuts into the chicken with a sharp knife. 2. In a large bowl mix yogurt, tandoori masala, vegetable oil, lemon juice and food colouring. Taste and add salt to taste if desired. 3. Coat the chicken in the marinade and make sure to get the marinade into the cuts made. 4. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to 8 hours in the fridge. 5. Preheat oven to 220°C/420°F. 6. Arrange the chicken on a rack and bake for 45 minutes. Alternatively you can grill chicken. 7. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes then shred with a fork. 8.
